it’s similar to cloud computing — just lower to the ground.
Here our objective is the same. We want to optionally use the cloud but also provide the capacity for making the most out of resources close to home (in the Fog).
In some of our emerging tech, we wish to produce artifacts that aren't necessarily digital or data-related or in the category of "Computing". Therefore, we are more generally labeling our approach for these multiple use cases as "Fog Mining". Please see the section below for more details.
